Mental Health Accommodation, Townsville

Located on Janelle St in Kelso, Townsville, this building has been specially designed and constructed to provide accommodation for people with mental health disabilities. The facility contains two x 2-bedroom units plus a full-time live-in carers unit. Robust construction detailing has been adopted along with anti-ligature fixtures and fixtures installed. Electronic swipe access readers were also incorporated into the project to restrict access to each of the dwellings kitchens.
