Allens Parade, Lennox Head

Located beachfront on Allens Pde, this Class 2 dual occupancy has one of the best outlooks in Lennox Head. Needing to comply with the Design and Building Practitioners Act, this project entailed extensive construction detailing and fire rating. A private lift was installed to service the upper levels aging residents. Internally, the project was complemented with T&G Blackbutt flooring, VJ panelling, 2pac cabinetry.
